## Method (short)
1. **Map** — what is present (forces, limits, flows), not the preferred story.
2. **Ideal** — where to go, plus anti-ideal (what to refuse).
3. **Gap** — where map and ideal refuse each other; stay long enough to hear it.
4. **Path** — the smallest step that changes the gap.
